

The Elite 2024
This long-standing client has been one I’ve worked with since I started at ITA Group and maintains several accounts across both the Events and Engagement teams. While I primarily focus on events, my familiarity with the account allows me to collaborate closely with the Engagement team on strategy, sponsorships, and pre-event promotions.

For this particular event, themed “Dripping with Color,” the concept drew inspiration from the client’s multicolored logo. I leaned into the idea of watercolor, tying it to the relaxed, summery feel of resort pool parties. The design featured splashes of vibrant watercolor, which were complemented onsite by bright cocktails, interactive activities and lively gifts for attendees.


Digital Elements
Comcast works pretty evenly within the print and digital space. The attendees are very tach savy, so the team utilizes most of our digital platforms, including website, mobile app and e-mail to communicate with the attendees. While on-site our team also uses push notifications to notify attendees of any last minute changes of venue or even things regarding weather.

I work very closely with the business analysts and writers to provide images and content to remain consistent with the branding throughout the program. The designers are also heavily involved in the testing process to ensure image quality and ADA compliance.
